Are your pearls real?
Yes — genuine cultured pearls: Tahitian, South Sea (white and golden), Akoya, and freshwater. "Cultured" means a real pearl grown with human care inside a real oyster or mussel. We never sell imitation or shell pearls as genuine.
What does "baroque" mean?
Baroque simply means the pearl isn't perfectly round. Most of our pearls are baroque — they have organic shapes, beautiful luster, and natural surface character. We describe each pearl's shape and markings honestly in every listing.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
For one-of-a-kind pieces, your piece is the one photographed. For made-to-order designs, natural pearl variation means your piece will be a close sibling — same design, same quality, with its own unique character.
Are your product photos real?
The jewelry in every image is 100% authentic — photographed from our actual pieces, with every detail true to the product you'll receive. Some lifestyle and model images are AI-generated for demonstration purposes (backgrounds, settings, and styling), so the presentation may be illustrative — but the jewelry itself is always real.
Are your metals solid or plated?
Both, and we always tell you which. Solid sterling silver pieces are labeled as such; plated pieces (silver-plated or gold-plated brass) are disclosed plainly in every listing. Stainless steel pieces are solid stainless steel throughout.
Do your rings come in sizes?
Our rings are adjustable open bands designed to fit most finger sizes comfortably. Sterling silver is soft, so adjust gently and avoid repeated bending.
Are your necklaces knotted?
Selected necklaces with larger pearls (over 8mm) are traditionally hand-knotted. Everything else is strung on jewelry wire — a deliberate choice: it's stronger, more durable, and needs far less maintenance than knotting.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Sat). US delivery via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping; Canada takes longer and may incur duties. See our Shipping Policy for rates.
Will I see my exact piece before it ships?
Yes — every order includes The Atelier Preview. Before shipping, I send close-up detail photos of your actual piece, shot on my phone in natural light, completely untouched. I'll hold your order for 12 hours so you can look them over — reply within that window and it ships right away, with no delay. If there's no reply, it ships as planned once the 12 hours are up, so there are never surprises when it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. Earrings and build-your-own/customized pieces are final sale. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering clasps, stringing, settings, and day-one plating defects. Details on our Warranty page.
