How long until my order ships?
We prepare every order by hand. Orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Saturday — USPS does not pick up on Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend ship early the following week.
US shipping
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $150
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $150
- Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking emailed to you
Canada shipping
- $15 flat rate, tracked
- Please note: duties and import taxes may apply on delivery to Canada. These are set by Canadian customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
Your jewelry arrives in a paper padded mailer (plastic bubble interior to keep it safe), with most pieces presented in a small jewelry box — ready for gifting. Every order includes a jewelry care card.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

During launch periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take a day or two longer. If anything changes with your order, we'll email you right away.
