What's covered
- Broken or faulty clasps
- Faulty stringing or knotting
- Stones or pearls coming loose from their settings
- Plating defects present from day one
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual plating wear over time
- Scratches and surface marks from everyday wear
- Natural pearl characteristics (growth marks, texture, and color variation are part of genuine pearls — not defects)
- Loss or theft
- Damage from water, chemicals, perfume, or impact
A note on sterling silver
Sterling silver is a soft metal. Handle your pieces gently and avoid bending rings or clasps — most "breaks" we see come from accidental force, and a little care goes a long way.
How to make a claim
Email momoko.corgi@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll assess it and arrange a repair or replacement. If the issue is covered, we take care of shipping both ways.
